INGREDIENTS

1-1/4 cups real mayonnaise
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 head cabbage, chopped
3 medium carrots, shredded

Combine all ingredients, except the cabbage and carrots, in a large bowl and blend until smooth with an electric mixer. Add the cabbage and carrots and toss well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Makes 8 servings
