Barbecued Pork Loin

INGREDIENTS 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 (3 to 3-1/2-pound) boneless pork loin
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
Vegetable oilSprinkle seasoned salt onto all sides of meat. In large resealable plastic bag or shallow baking dish, place meat; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, garlic powder with parsley, and seasoned pepper; pour over meat. Seal bag or cover dish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Heat grill; brush with vegetable oil. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Add meat to grill; cook 30 minutes or until internal meat temperature reaches 170 degrees, turning and brushing frequently with reserved marinade.
Remove meat from grill; let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, bring reserved marinade to a boil; boil 1 minute.
Serve sliced meat with extra heated marinade poured over top. Garnish with fresh herb sprigs.
Makes 6 servings
CONVENTIONAL DIRECTIONS - Marinate meat as directed. Remove meat from marinade, reserving marinade. Place meat in shallow roasting pan; brush with reserved marinade.
Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, brushing frequently with reserved marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
