Corn and Peas

INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon good olive oil
About 2 cups corn kernels, from 3 to 4 ears of corn
1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen peas
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chivesHeat the butter and olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the corn, peas, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives.
