Raspberry Cooler

INGREDIENTS 1 (10-ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
2 cups apple juice
1 cup raspberry sherbetCombine raspberries and apple juice in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Strain mixture; discard seeds.
Return mixture to blender container, add sherbet, and process until smooth. Serve in glasses.
Makes about 4 cups
