Pecan Tarts

INGREDIENTS

FILLING

1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

PASTRY

1 small package Philadelpia Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 pound butter, softened
1 heaping cup flour

Chopped pecans

Mix pastry ingredients together well. Take a small ball and pat it out into a muffin tin.

Mix filling ingredients together well with an electric mixer.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling mixture into crust. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
