Leftover Ham and Broccoli Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1 (8-ounce) package medium noodles
1-1/2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 (10-3/4-ounce) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (10-ounce) frozen package broccoli spears, thawed
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (2.8-ounce) can French-Fried Onions
Pimiento, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.

In a medium bowl, combine noodles and ham. Layer in bottom of a greased, 2-quart oval baking dish.

In a medium saucepan, combine mushroom soup and milk; bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add sour cream.

Pour soup mixture over noodles and ham. Arrange broccoli on top, spoke-fashion.

Bake, covered with foil, 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Alternate grated cheese and French-Fried onions on top. Bake 5 minutes, or just until cheese is melted. Garnish center with pimiento, if desired.
