Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS

3 (12-ounce) packages small whole carrots, scraped
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Cook carrots in a small amount of boiling water about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

Combine reserved liquid, honey, butter, and brown sugar, stirring well. Pour over carrots, and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
