INGREDIENTS 4 cups torn iceberg lettuce
4 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Italian DressingCombine vegetables in a large bowl. Add Italian Dressing, tossing well.
Makes 8 servings
ITALIAN DRESSING
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, mincedCombine all ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Chill thoroughly.
Makes 1-1/4 cups
