Dilled Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried whole dillweed
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt

Cook macaroni according to package directions, omitting salt, drain. Rinse with cold water; drain again.

Add onion, celery, green pepper, and carrot; toss well. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; gently stir mayonnaise mixture into macaroni mixture. Chill at least 1 hour.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
