Croissant Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese with chives, softened
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
Dash of garlic powder
1 (6-ounce) package frozen croissants, baked and cooled or purchased
4 (1-ounce) slices cooked ham
1/2 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

Combine softened cream cheese, horseradish, and garlic powder; mix well. Split croissants lengthwise, and spread cut sides with cream cheese mixture.

Fold ham in half, and place on bottom halves of croissants; top with cucumber and remaining croissant halves.

Makes 4 sandwiches
