Cheddar Cheese Biscuits

INGREDIENTS 2 cups Original Bisquick Mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, optionalPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix Bisquick Mix, milk, and cheese until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Drop dough by 10 to 12 spoonfuls, about 2-inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix butter and garlic powder; brush on warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm.
Makes 10 to 12 biscuits
NOTE - Adding herbs gives you a whole new biscuit treat. You can stir in 3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, crumbled dried rosemary leaves, or Italian seasoning with the Bisquick.
