Buttered Broccoli and Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoi spears, thawed
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash peppper

Cook broccoli as package directs; drain and set aside.

Wipe mushrooms, trim ends and slice 1/4-inch thick, through caps and stems. In hot butter in a medium skillet, sauté mushrooms over medium heat, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss lightly. Add broccoli to skillet; mix well. Remove from heat.

Makes 6 servings
