Green Beans with Lemon and Browned Garlic

INGREDIENTS 3/4 cup water
1 pound green beans, trimmed
2-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepperBring water to a boil in a nonstick skillet. Add beans, and cook 3 minutes; drain. Set aside.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add beans and garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper; sauté 1 minute.
Makes 4 servings
