INGREDIENTS 1 box, about 6-ounces, rice pilaf
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsleyPrepare the pilaf according to package directions, except substitute the chicken broth for 1 cup of the water. Remove the rice from the heat; fluff with a fork and stir in the parsley. Cover and let stand until ready to serve.
