Deluxe Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS 12 russet or yukon gold potatoes
8-ounces lowfat cream cheese
16-ounces sour cream
Salt, pepper, and garlic salt
Butter
PaprikaCook and peel potatoes - beat well with electric beater or mix-master. Beat in cream cheese. Gradually beat in sour cream, and add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. Beat as smooth as possible.
Put butter in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Put in potatoes and dot top with butter and paprika. Place foil on top and put in refrigerator overnight. To serve, heat in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.
