Cool Lime Pie

INGREDIENTS 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
6-ounces limeade concentrate
4 drops green food coloring
1 (8-ounce) carton Cool Whip, thawed and divided
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
1 kiwi fruit, peeled, sliced, for garnish
1 mandarin orange sections, garnish, optional
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped, garnish, optionalIn a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add limeade and food coloring. Fold in half of cool whip. Pour into crust.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with remaining cool whip and kiwi. Top with orange sections and pistachios, if desired.
