Chuck Wagon Corn

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon softened butter and 1 tablespoon minced garlic, mixed together
2 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced green peppers
3 tablespoons diced pimientos
1 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preheat a large sauté pan on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic butter to sauté pan and swirl to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
