INGREDIENTS 3 cups peeled, sliced fresh peaches 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup peach schnapps 6 (1-1/2-ounce) slices angel food cake Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 4 hours. Serve over cake. Makes 6 servings
