INGREDIENTS

1 package (1 ounce) pepper-sauce-with-green-peppercorns mix
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
2-pound sirloin steak, about 1-1/2 inches thick, well trimmed
12 small new red potatoes, quartered
1/2 package (20-ounce size) round baby carrots, partially thawed
1 package (10 ounces) frozen whole green beans, partially thawed
1/2 pound whole mushrooms, washed and stems trimmed
1/4 cup white-wine Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine pepper-sauce mix and flour. Spoon half the mixture into regular-size oven cooking bag; shake to coat inside.

Place steak in bag; place bag in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Arrange potatoes in bag around steak. Place carrots and green beans on top of meat; top with mushrooms.

Blend Worcestershire with remaining flour mixture; pour over mushrooms in bag. Close bag with nylon tie. With small knife, make six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag.

Bake 50 minutes, or until potatoes are easily pierced with fork. To serve, cut or slit top of bag carefully, avoiding steam; remove contents to serving platter.
