Sunday's Country Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Homemade Mayonnaise, or store bought
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 small head of cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 small onion, minced
1 small stalk celery, minced
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1 small carrot, cut in very thin strips
1 small green pepper, cut in very thin strips

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar in a small bowl.

Arrange cabbage, onion, celery, parsley, carrot, and green pepper in a salad bowl. Pour dressing over all. Cover salad bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Toss slaw lightly but well before serving.
