Chilled Mustard-Relish Sauce

INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon corn oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 small onion, minced
1 tablespoon Dijon, or other mild, mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
2 hard-cooked egg yolks, finely chopped
1 small sweet pickle, minced and drained
1 tablespoon heavy creamWhisk corn oil and vinegar together in a small bowl. Add other ingredients and blend well. Cover bowl and refrigerate until chilled. Mix well before serving.
Makes about 1/2 cup
