Grilled Rosemary Chicken

A summertime favorite!

INGREDIENTS

2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
8 boneless chicken breasts

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl and mix well. Transfer to a large plastic bag, add chicken, then seal bag. Turn bag over several times to coat chicken. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.

After serving, sit back and listen to the compliments.  ;-)
