Crab Pie

It's crabby, cheesy good!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound crabmeat
4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
8-ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
8-ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon minced green pepper
2 teaspoon pimientos
2 (9-inch) deep-dish pie shells

Combine eggs, flour, mayonnaise and milk in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, being careful not to break up the crab lumps.

Bake pie shells at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool pie shells.

Spoon crab mixture into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
