A tasty crab cake INGREDIENTS
1 pound crab meat
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoons hot mustard
Pepper and Old Bay Seasoning, to tasteMix all the ingredients, except crab meat, together in a bowl. Add crab meat and mix gently. Form into cakes and broil or fry until golden brown.
