Church Creek Cabbage with Tart Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Juice of 1 small lemon
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
Dash of Tabasco sauce, optional
1 medium-large head of cabbage, cooked and cut in quarters

Melt butter in a small saucepan and throughly mix in all other ingredients, except cabbage. Stir until sauce is hot but not boiling.

Arrange quarters of cabbage on a warm serving dish. Pour sauce over all and serve immediately.
