Chilled-and-Spicy Tomato Sauce

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup chili sauce
Prepared horseradish, to taste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 small lemon
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 medium clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 small stalk celery, minced
Salt, to taste
Generous sprinkling of freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container until ready to use. Mix well before serving.

Makes about 1 cup
