Use 6 pounds of ground beef in this recipe. Package in three 2-pound loaves. You can do them one at a time, or mix all the ingredients at once and then separate into 2-pound loaves. If you decide to mix all your ingredients (as I do), remember to increase your amounts.

INGREDIENTS

FOR EACH 2-POUND LOAF

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup oats
1 egg
1 envelope Onion or Beefy Onion dry soup mix
1/2 cup milk
1 medium-size carrot

Blend carrot and milk to pulp. Mix together with all remaining ingredients.

TO FREEZE - Package in family-size portions and put into Ziplock bags, remove all visible air. Label, date and freeze.

TO SERVE - Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cooked through.
