This is a simple Pork Plan from Beth's Once A Month Cooking Pages. I purchase my pork at Sam's Club or Costco where I can buy in bulk at fairly reasonable prices.

SHOPPING LIST
4 Pork Roasts, about 3 to 4 pounds each, preferably boneless
12 Pork Chops
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
1 can Mexican-Style Stewed Tomatoes
2 bottles favorite BBQ Sauce Or homemade equivalent
1 cup Chicken Broth Or homemade equivalent
Ground cumin
2 onions
Oregano, dried
1 bottle oil
1 head garlic
Salt and pepper
1 box brown sugar
1 (20-ounce) or larger bottle Ketchup
Soy Sauce
Paprika
Butter or margarine
1 can Bread Crumbs Or homemade equivalent
Cayenne pepper
Onion powder
Orange juice
1 can Apple Juice Concentrate
1 small bottle honey
6 apples
Ground ginger


PREPARATION

Start one of the crockpot recipes the night before cooking. The Barbecued Pork would be the easiest to do.

Start the second crockpot recipe while cooking.

Chop onions and crush garlic.

Separate the pork chops into 3 gallon-size freezer bags.

Mix the marinades.

Core and quarter apples.

Start another crockpot recipe before going to bed.
