Poppyseed Chicken

INGREDIENTS

6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 stick butter or margarine
1 stack pack Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste

Boil chicken until done - cut into bite-size pieces.

Place chicken in the bottom of an ungreased glass baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine sour cream and soup; add salt and pepper to taste, spread over chicken.

Melt butter and add crushed Ritz Crackers and poppy seeds; mix well. Spread over sour cream/soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
