Oven-Fried Bacon

The amount of bacon will depend on what you have put into your Breakfast Plan, and the amount of slices per person to be allowed for. For my family, I use 9 pounds of bacon, allowing 3 slices per serving.

INGREDIENTS

Bacon, amount needed

Arrange slices in rows, across the pan with fat edges slightly overlapping lean edges. Bake at 375 degrees, without turning, 20 to 25 minutes, or until bacon is slightly crisp. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Drain or skim off excess fat as needed. Drain thoroughly on paper towels.

NOTE - If using a convection oven reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
