Noodle Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS 1 pound package (or 2 cups) Pre-Cooked Basic Ground Beef
1 large can (8-ounces) mushrooms, (if you use fresh sauté briefly)
1 can beef broth
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons red wineTO FREEZE - Bag together, label, date and freeze. Use a gallon-size freezer bag placed in a large measuring cup to support the bag as you fill it.
TO SERVE - Defrost; add 3 cups noodles (I use the whole bag but you will need to add a little liquid.) Cook until the noodles are tender, then stir in 1 cup sour cream (more if you have added extra noodles), warm slightly and serve.
NOTE - You can lighten this any way you like or use beef soup base or homemade broth if you want.
