Layer on top of half an English Muffin or bread of choice: Slice of cheese Egg, any style (scrambled, fried) Meat of Choice, (ham, sausage, bacon) Freeze on cookie sheet. Remove from freezer, then wrap individually in plastic wrap, then place in Ziplock bag. Label, date and freeze. Reheat in microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave.
