NO FINAL PREPARATION

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/3 cup fine vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tablespoons flaked coconut, toasted
¼ teaspoon almond extract
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
¼ cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon chopped almonds, toasted

ADVANCED PREPARATION

Melt butter; add crumbs, coconut, and almond extract. Put in 6 paper bake cups in muffin pan; top with ice cream and preserves. Garnish with almonds. Cover; freeze.
