TERIYAKE MARINATED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Use your favorite Teriyake Marinade

LEMON MARINATED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 pound RAW chicken pieces

Mix all the spices and lemon juice in a 1 gallon freezer bag; add chicken pieces. Label, date, and freeze.

TO SERVE - Thaw. When thawed, preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Arrange chicken, skin side down, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Pour liquid over chicken. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and baste it. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink and juices run clear.

BBQ CHICKEN

Use your favorite bottled Barbecue Sauce or homemade equivalent. Just add to the chicken parts; label, date, and freeze.

TO SERVE - Thaw. When thawed, preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place in baking dish coated with nonstick spray. Bake until done.
