Sauté onions and green peppers in 2 tablespoons oil.
Add and brown 10 pounds of ground beef (you may have to do this in two pans.
When cooked throughly, set aside half of the mixture to cool while preparing the Spaghetti Sauce. Take half of the remaining meat mix to use in the Spaghetti Sauce.
Label and date freezer containers or bags.
When the mixture is cool, place meat into freezer containers or bags in 2 cup measurements.
Place in fridge to cool completely, then freeze.
