Curried Turkey Pie

30 MINUTES COOKING TIME

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup light raisins
1-½ cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
½ cup milk
1  (10-½ -ounce) can condensed Cream of Celery soup
1-½ cups cooked, cubed turkey
1 cup cooked peas
1  (3-ounce) can chopped mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste

ADVANCED PREPARATION

Cover raisins with boiling water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain.

Combine stuffing mix, butter and 2 tablespoons water. Remove ¼ cup crumbs. Wrap and chill.

Press remaining crumbs into 9-inch baking dish.

Blend milk into soup. Add remaining ingredients and raisins. Turn into crumb shell. Cover; chill up to 24 hours.

BEFORE SERVING

Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top of pie. Bake at 375 degrees until heated through, about 25 to 30 minutes.
