Chicken Tetrazzini

12 ounces spaghetti
1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, low fat, shredded
1-1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1-1/2 cups onions, diced
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
10 ounces 2% low-fat milk
3 cups cooked chicken, dicedCook spaghetti until al dente, drain. Sauté onions in cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Divide into Ziplock freezer bags, label, date and seal.
TO SERVE - Thaw Tetrazzini in refrigerator or microwave. Put in baking dish and bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven until bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes. Can top with bread crumbs or more grated cheese.
Makes 12 servings
