SHOPPING LIST


35 pounds 92% lean ground beef
1 small box quick-cooking oats
2 eggs
1 box dry Onion or Beefy Onion soup mix
1 carrot
1 onion
Dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1 large can (8-ounces) canned mushrooms or 1/2 pound fresh
1 can beef broth
Small bottle lemon juice
Red wine
1 can tomato soup
1 can green beans or 1 can corn
Egg noodles
Dry minced onion
Chili Powder
Cornstarch
Dried red pepper flakes
Instant minced garlic
Dried oregano
Ground cumin



PREPARATION


First, make all things that call for raw meat. Be sure to clean your working area and utensils thoroughly after this, to insure safety.

Second, when you are finished with your raw meat products, make your Pre-Cooked Basic Ground Beef, package up 5 pounds, label, date, and freeze. Use the remaining in the recipes above.
