INGREDIENTS

1-½ pounds ground beef
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
2   10-ounce cans condensed Cream of Celery soup
2   16-ounce cans tomatoes, cut up
1   17-ounce can whole kernel corn
¼ cup snipped parsley

ADVANCED PREPARATION

Cook beef, celery, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned; drain. Add remaining ingredients and ½ teaspoon salt. Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.

Pour into containers; freeze.

BEFORE SERVING

Heat soup, covered, until bubbly, about 30 minutes; stirring often. Add salt to taste.



Makes 8 to 10 servings
