Beef and Potato Burritos

Defrost 2 pounds of Pre-Cooked Basic Ground Beef (or if you haven't frozen yet) brown ground beef with onions and garlic.
Place in large fry pan with about 6 to 8 medium-sized, diced potatoes. Cook until potatoes are done. (If it starts to get too thick, add a little water). Add salt, pepper and lots more chopped garlic. When potatoes are tender, spoon into tortillas and roll. Freeze. Remove when frozen, wrap in plastic wrap and put into Ziplock bags.
TO HEAT - Wrap in paper towel and microwave until heated through.
