INGREDIENTS

2 cups macaroni, cooked
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups skim milk
2 teaspoons dill weed
2 teaspoons parsley
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 pinch paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sauté onions in margarine, add flour. Stir in milk, a little at a time, until thick. Add spices. Add cheese. Add macaroni. Pour into a shallow baking pan. Top with crumbs and paprika. Bake about 45 minutes.
