Low-Fat Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS 6 egg whites, whipped
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/2 cups marshmallow creméPreheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and dust lightly with flour.
In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla and marshmallow cremé.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
