Norwegian Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1/2 pint whipping cream, well whipped
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 pound butter, melted
2 cups flour
1 cup cornstarch
Pinch of baking soda

By hand, cream together the whipped cream, sugar and butter. Gradually add the flour and cornstarch to the cream, sugar and butter mixture, until completely smooth.

Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cookies cool before removing them from cookie sheet.

Makes about 6 dozen
