No-Bake Fruitcake with Figs 3

INGREDIENTS 32 large marshmallows
1-1/2 pounds crushed Graham Crackers
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 cup sweet pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped dates
2 pounds shredded orange peel
2 cups pecans, or other nuts, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup currants
1/4 cup chopped figs
1/2 cup each candied pineapple, (red, white, and green)
3/4 cup candied cherries
1/4 cup citron, choppedCut up marshmallows, add heavy cream and pickle juices. They will melt together. Crush graham crackers. Mix all ingredients together.
Cut some paper bags to fit your cake pans, then put the above mixed ingredients into pans. Let sit for a while, inside the sacks and in the refrigerator, at least 24 hours.
