Never Fail Hollandaise Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup margarine
2 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle of paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Melt margarine; beat eggs until thick and creamy. Add salt and pepper. Add 3 tablespoons margarine, 1 drop at a time. Add the rest of the margarine slowly, alternating with lemon juice.
