INGREDIENTS 2 egg yolks
2 to 3 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 cups mayonnaise
Salt, to tasteBeat egg yolks until frothy. Blend in mayonnaise. Add Worcestershire, dry mustard, salt and white pepper. Heat over hot, not boiling water for a few minutes. Stir constantly.
