Grandmother's Sugar Pie

INGREDIENTS 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 cup white or brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanillaCombine flour, salt, cream and vanilla. Pour into pie shell - sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 minutes or until set.
