Fried Dumplings (Yaki Mandu)

INGREDIENTS

Frozen dumplings or make your own Kimchi Mandu
Oil
1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon soy sauce, ground red pepper, a few drops of vinegar, for seasoning

Coat skillet with enough oil, and put in frozen dumplings. On medium heat, pour water into the skillet, and cover skillet completely. Shake the skillet with the cover on from time to time. Lift the cover carefully, and make sure all the sides are cooked light brown and water has evaporated.

Make the seasoning, and place in a small dish.

Place cooked dumplings on a dish and serve with the soy sauce seasoning.
