Dumpling Soup

You can use ready-made frozen dumplings or make your own. Kimchi Mandu

INGREDIENTS

6 cups water OR a can of beef broth or beef stock paste to make beef stock
1 tablespoon soy sauce, for soup (kook ganjang)
Salt
1 chopped green onion
1 chopped chile pepper

Soy sauce with a drop of vinegar, for dipping

Boil beef stock in a large pot. Add salt and soy sauce for soup.

Put frozen dumplings (4 to 5 dumplings per person), chopped green onions, and chile pepper when beef stock starts to boil. Boil for about 3 to 4 minutes, they are ready when dumplings float.

Serve soup with soy sauce on the side for dumplings.
