INGREDIENTS
1 (3-3/4 ounce) canned salmon steak, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
Invert salmon onto pie plate carefuly. Cover with sour cream, salt and pepper. Bake until cream bubbles and browns, about 10 minutes.
